Ted Gowdy, Principal, has over 16 years of diversified real estate construction and development experience. With his background, he is able to guide a client’s project through any stage of the real estate development process. Moreover, Ted has the skills and expertise to quickly and effectively evaluate and rehabilitate distressed developments.

Ted Gowdy received his Masters in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley, with an emphasis in real estate, and his bachelors of science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University.
